Hello! My name is Sarah. It is such an overwhelming diagnosis....Celiac Disease. Where to start? Is it the end of the world as we know it? NO! My hopes are that my blog will be a useful resource to both newly diagnosed Celiacs as well as any others who are researching the topic. My main mission is to help get great gluten free recipes out to anyone who is looking that are actually delicious. Celiac Disease or ever Gluten Intolerant doesn't have to be a devastating diagnosis. I hope this Blog will help aide in a peace of mind.
