Did I mention that I love Namaste? SO YUMMY! Here are some pics of a 3 tier cake that I made for my little man for his 8th birthday. Namaste chocolate cake mix and chocolate Pillsberry frosting, topped with sprinkles. So moist and absolutely delicious!!!

The Namaste cake mix is probably the best that we have found since I started the diet in 1994. I have tried just about all of them out there. Their brownie, muffin and scone mixes are also really good. Last year for the girls birthday party we used the Namaste Chocolate cake and every one raved about it. Even my Mother-in-law who usually refuse it eat any thing just because I say it is gluten free said she loved it.
